Brad's back. and I can't stay away.
I've watched all but one season of the Bachelor (missed "Prince" lorenzo because he was TOO ugly to be believable), but my FAVORITE one was Brad. I was heartbroken when he didn't choose either girl, but then I started to understand and respect his decision.
And now he's back and is a "changed man" (in case you didn't catch that the first 300 times it was mentioned). I believe it. Brad is healed and is looking for love.
So who's it going to be???
Let's start with who it should NOT be.
Offender #1 - Vampire Lady
I don't care if you have a thing for vampires, have a little self-respect! Do you see what we see when you look in the mirror?? You look absolutely ridiculous.
I, for one, don't even think she's attractive. Lose the teeth. Put some makeup on and do your hair. Then we'll re-evaluate.
Offender #2 - The Catfighting Duo
I cannot think of anything more unattractive than catfighting with someone on National TV. Again...don't these girls see what they are doing??? Melissa's whole "I've given everything to be here...bought all these clothes and gowns, I even quit my job!!!" bit made me gag. You're a waitress, honey. They are ALWAYS hiring.
And Raichel the MANSCAPER??? Un-freaking-believable. You can't make this stuff up people.
I was glad that Brad saw the light and tossed them both to the curb. Pathetic.
Offender #3 - The Valley Psycho
Wow. I almost don't know what to say here. She is just plain crazy. Did you catch that it was her birthday last night??? Oh my. I like birthdays too, but it doesn't mean that it's a national holiday!!! She is so much drama...storming off the set of the PSA announcements because she wasn't getting enough time and then when Brad chased after her (just like she wanted) she launched in to how she was here for him...blah, blah, blah.
And then the whole stealing him away first thing at the Rose Ceremony just to ask him where he got his coffee was ridiculous. I get what she's doing. She's trying to pretend that she's so confident in their "connection" that now it's time to get to know the little things about him. Um...how about telling him you have a kid?!
She just plain out BUGS. He can't get rid of her fast enough.
So here's who I like:
1.) Rachel Berry/Jackie
I loved her last night. She's classy and real. I like that she's not a slut and has only had 2 boyfriends (although Brad was CLEARLY freaked out by that!). I really like her.
2.) Ricky Bobby's Widow
How could you not be drawn to this Southern Belle? SUCH a sad story. But, is SHE ready for love??? I do like how Brad gets tongue tied around her. I think that is so cute.
3.) Ashley the Dentist and Ashley the Youngest
He seems to really like both the Ashleys. The Nanny is too young and clearly he gave her the first impression rose last week because she said that she would always be his friend. And the other Ashley was really great on the Carnival date. they bonded over their delinquent daddies. But I'm just not sure there was crazy chemistry.
Jury's Out on:
Chantel from Seattle - she has possibilities, but I just don't know too much about her yet.
So, I HATED the group date this week and I'll hate the movie scene one from next week. those are NEVER good dates...why do they keep repeating them?
And the exit interviews. My friend Brooke said it best last week when she said that girls should just refuse to give exit interviews. They look SO desperate it makes me sick.
What about the girl this week who said that "if they gave out an Oscar for worst dater, I would get it."
Newsflash...stop trying so hard!
Overall, great ep. I love Brad and can't wait for him to find love!
